Account Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for an Account Manager to grow its portfolio of restaurant partners and help existing partners succeed on the platform. You will build strong relationships, deliver data‑driven insights, and collaborate across teams to drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive month‑over‑month sales growth for assigned venues through KPI measurement, analysis and regular performance checks.
• Provide strategic, data‑driven performance insights and top‑tier consultation to existing restaurant partners.
• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring value creation for partners, customers, couriers and Wolt.
• Identify opportunities using data insights, propose tailored campaigns and deliver high‑level consultation to boost results.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, maintain strong communication, conduct regular business reviews and support expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align goals and ensure smooth execution.
