Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of our Athens warehouse. The role involves preparing, checking, and delivering audiovisual equipment for conferences and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare event equipment and verify items upon return.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks.
• Manage inventory and organize stock.
• Monitor stock levels of equipment and consumables.
• Handle day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate equipment delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate warehouse records.
• Conduct yearly inventory tracking.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or technical support environment (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Entersoft.
• Strong proficiency in inventory control.
• Excellent customer service and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team spirit and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work in shifts.
