Supply Chain Administrator – Logistics & Customer Support

About the role

The Supply Chain Administrator will manage the flow of spare parts and consumables for Roche Diagnostics in Thessaloniki. Responsibilities include preparing orders, coordinating with international suppliers, and supporting both internal and customer‑facing logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch orders for spare parts and consumables to international suppliers.
• Monitor spare‑parts orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Prepare delivery notes after issuing Purchase Orders and manage trunk stock for technicians at the Thessaloniki branch.
• Support ad‑hoc supply‑chain and customer‑operations activities.
• Act as a point of contact for customers through the call centre, communicating inquiries to relevant departments.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of spare parts, including receiving, inspection, and organized storage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to deliver parts for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor part availability and stock accuracy using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company quality processes and healthcare industry standards.
