About the role
Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Visual Merchandiser for its Spata Designer Outlet. The role promotes the sale of merchandise and delivers quality customer service professionally, while spotting sales opportunities and driving sales through upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Promote merchandise sales and provide quality customer service in all situations.
- Identify sale opportunities with customers and upsell items or services at the point of service.
- Ensure excellent sales service and high customer satisfaction to drive sales.
- Look for innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Understand customer needs and the latest industry news and trends.
- Make sure the brand's image is always portrayed positively.
Required profile
- Candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Brand Promoter is an advantage.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Sales-driven, result-oriented, with a passion for customer service and fashion.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills with customers and staff.
