About the role
Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant for its Designer Outlet in Spata. You will promote the sale of merchandise and provide quality customer service professionally, while keeping the brand's image positive.
Key responsibilities
- Promote merchandise sales and deliver quality customer service in all situations
- Spot sales opportunities with customers and upsell items or services at the point of service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and look for ways to improve the customer experience
- Understand customers' needs and the latest industry news and trends
Required profile
- No prior experience needed; training is provided
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter is an advantage
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Sales-driven, result-oriented, with a passion for customer service and fashion
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills with customers and staff
