International Key Accounts Coordinator

About the role

Ayvens, which is rebranding from ALD Automotive and LeasePlan across 42 countries, is looking for an International Key Accounts Coordinator in its Commercial Department. The role ensures the smooth execution of all operational processes related to International Key Account Management, supporting the International Key Accounts team and working closely with the International Key Account Executives and the Head of International Key Accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and email requests, and manage and follow up client requests end to end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, handle complaints and promote, support and train clients through corporate digital tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments, assist with client meetings and events, log interactions in the CRM and escalate critical matters.
• Prepare and send client proposals and RFPs on time, ensure accurate order entry, support annual credit line submissions and keep sales and customer data up to date.
• File and organise client documentation, adhere to company policies and brand standards, and meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Support accurate, on-time reporting to clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, fast and accurate typing, and good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and business applications.
• Familiarity with administrative and support processes.
• High IT literacy across MS Office and digital platforms.
• Numerical ability and basic financial literacy.
