Sales Executive - Mobility Services

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions across more than 40 countries, is looking for a Sales Executive for its Mobility Services. The role creates and provides added value by cultivating relationships and handling Flex sales requests, bookings and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and e-mails and handle Flex sales requests, acting as the owner and following them up until closed
• Prepare and send proposals within the agreed timeframe and create and manage Flex sales bookings and communications
• Ensure bookings are logged quickly and accurately, and provide Flex sales reports to clients on time
• Keep sales information systems and the CRM updated, including Flex requests
• Coordinate with all departments and handle and resolve client complaints with suppliers
• Log all client interactions in the CRM and booking system, and handle tele-sales by providing quotes and immediate vehicle availability
• Identify and escalate situations needing attention, meet agreed SLAs and KPIs, and follow company policies and brand identity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Customer service experience over the telephone
• Good command of English, verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in stressful conditions
