About the role

Student Recruitment Advisors promote the university’s programme portfolio to prospective students via phone, e‑mail and online meetings. The role manages the full student pipeline—from initial enquiry through to tuition payment—providing support to international applicants throughout the application process while working with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individually tailored advice to prospective students, adapting to different communication styles.
• Consult students through the entire application cycle, from first conversation to finalising enrolment.
• Explore career paths and match students with appropriate programmes.
• Advise international students on visa, immigration issues and compliance.
• Handle enquiries about diverse programmes and adjust communication to meet needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to students and stakeholders, encouraging programme selection.
• Maintain a positive, professional image of the university at all times.
• Manage student applications from enquiry to tuition payment and registration.
• Leverage available technology and keep all records up to date.
• Maintain an accurate, time‑efficient leads pipeline.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Assertive, customer‑centric approach.
