Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will develop, execute and optimise social media strategies for Level Group’s clients, enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement. Working on‑site in Athens, the role collaborates closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to align social media activities with broader communication and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create, curate and schedule engaging content tailored to each channel.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and foster audience growth.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistency with overall communication objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and social media optimisation (SMO).
• Proven content‑strategy and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media analytics tools and making data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with digital‑marketing principles and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field (preferred).
• Previous agency or brand‑side social media experience is an advantage.
