Senior Procurement Category Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Category Officer to lead indirect spend categories such as IT, Marketing, HR, Facilities and professional services. Reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner and drive cost‑saving initiatives across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for indirect categories, including sourcing, contracting and supplier performance.
• Conduct spend and market analysis to identify savings and optimise the supplier base.
• Run competitive sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), evaluate bids and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
• Monitor contracts, renewals and renegotiations to ensure competitive terms and business continuity.
• Track cost‑saving, cost‑avoidance and value‑creation initiatives and report KPI results to management.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and ensure compliance with the Fourlis Group Procurement Policy.
• Support vendor risk management, including compliance with contractual obligations, Code of Conduct and sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect categories.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
