About the role

Geotopo Engineers is looking for a motivated Administrative & Accounting Officer to join its Athens office. You will provide essential support to the engineering team, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the telephone line and email correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the team’s calendar.
• Organise, file and archive documents efficiently.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables.
• Assist engineers with administrative tasks and client communications.
• Handle routine errands and administrative procedures.
• Check, file and archive accounting vouchers.
• Track incoming and outgoing payments and reconcile bank transactions.
• Monitor customer and supplier balances.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a technical or engineering company (essential).
• Experience in a similar administrative‑financial support role is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
