Sales Trainer

About the role

As a Sales Trainer at TTEC in Athens, you will design and deliver engaging training programs that empower sales teams to exceed performance targets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and internal experts to ensure training aligns with client goals and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and hands‑on activities for new hires and existing staff.
• Adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Identify training needs by analyzing performance data and collaborating with clients to create action plans.
• Schedule sessions, manage resources, maintain training records, and prepare performance reports.
• Provide individual coaching and mentoring to enhance employee skills and achieve learning objectives.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to develop customized training content and refreshers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering adult learning programs, preferably in sales, HR, or employee development.
• Strong understanding of inside‑sales or contact‑center environments.
• Customer‑ and employee‑focused mindset with the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.

Required skills

• Training lifecycle expertise: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and sales enablement tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Competence in Google Workspace tools.
