Business Development Executive – Critical Infrastructure

About the role

Resilience Tech is expanding its activities in critical infrastructure, defence and security and seeks a Business Development Executive to build partnerships and generate new business across Greece and Europe. You will work directly with leadership and technical teams to identify opportunities, engage with operators and public‑sector organisations, and translate operational needs into technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with energy, transport, water, telecommunications and other critical‑infrastructure operators.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers in public, defence, security and infrastructure sectors.
• Identify opportunities around digital resilience, cybersecurity, surveillance, autonomous systems, AI and command‑and‑control.
• Create proposals, partnership models and consortium structures for major projects.
• Collaborate with technology partners to design integrated solutions.
• Support tenders and complex public/private procurement processes.
• Interpret and communicate requirements from NIS2, GDPR, L.5160/2024 and Greece’s critical‑infrastructure framework.
• Represent Resilience Tech at meetings, conferences and industry initiatives.

Required profile

• Professionals with operational or sector experience rather than pure sales backgrounds.
• Current or former officers of the Hellenic Armed Forces or Security Forces.
• Executives from energy, utilities, transportation, telecommunications or infrastructure operators.
• Experts with experience in defence, security, cybersecurity or critical‑infrastructure projects.
• Individuals familiar with government, institutional and regulated environments.
• Ability to combine technology, operations, regulation and business development to build long‑term relationships around complex projects.
