Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

NEMO Digital Business Agency is looking for an experienced, analytical, and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads. You will own paid‑media activities for key client accounts, turning data into actionable growth strategies. The role blends hands‑on campaign management with high‑level strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across relevant digital platforms according to client objectives.
• Design and execute structured testing plans (creative, audience, messaging, landing‑page) to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare clear reports that communicate results, insights, challenges and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, customer behaviour and emerging performance‑marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with account‑management teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
• Maintain accurate tracking, measurement and data integrity using Google Tag Manager and related tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in a performance‑marketing role.
• Strong expertise in planning, setting up, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with web‑analytics and measurement tools, especially Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to interpret organic search performance.
