Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimisation, measurement and continuous improvement of digital acquisition activities across multiple channels. The role acts as the team’s Performance Marketing SME, ensuring effective collaboration with agency partners, data‑driven decision making and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and continuous optimisation of performance marketing plans across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate and emerging channels.
• Act as primary contact for external media and performance‑marketing agencies, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer‑acquisition performance and marketing efficiency.
• Lead regular performance reviews, delivering actionable insights and business impact.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks and scorecards, monitoring KPIs such as CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and ROI.
• Translate campaign and customer data into recommendations and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, UX, analytics and technology teams to improve customer journeys and conversion performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and measurement through GA4, GTM, conversion APIs and related tools.

Required profile

• BSc in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field (MSc/MA a plus).
• 6+ years experience in performance/digital marketing or paid media.
• 2+ years experience managing teams, agencies or budgets.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English.
