Marketing & Content Assistant – Athens

About the role

PAUL Greece is looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to support the daily implementation of its marketing, communication, digital content and business development activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work on digital marketing, content creation, in‑store activation and project coordination for an internationally recognized hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create, adapt and schedule content for social media, newsletters and the PAUL Greece website.
• Maintain the annual and monthly content calendar and prepare copy and briefs in Greek and English.
• Support digital and offline campaigns, monitor performance and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video productions and other creative assets.
• Implement in‑store communication and POS materials, conduct store visits to ensure brand standards.
• Assist with catering, B2B initiatives, corporate collaborations and presentation material.
• Organise project timelines, action lists and basic budgets, and liaise with external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and visual awareness.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Canva (highly desirable)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current digital/content trends
• Website CMS, email‑marketing platforms and basic digital analytics
