People Development Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international gaming technology company as a People Development Specialist. You will design, deliver and manage learning initiatives for our U.S. subsidiaries, partnering with HR, business leaders and subject‑matter experts to build impactful development experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual learning and development plan, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual and instructor‑led training sessions, workshops and learning events.
• Manage training calendars, enrollments, communications, attendance tracking and post‑training follow‑up.
• Administer learning activities through the LMS, including assignments, reporting and learner support.
• Support onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programs.
• Maintain and update learning materials, job aids, presentations and digital content.
• Apply adult‑learning principles and learner feedback to continuously improve materials.
• Monitor learning metrics, analyse trends and recommend improvements to boost effectiveness and business impact.
• Assist with deployment of e‑learning and AI‑enabled learning solutions.
• Coordinate external training providers and ensure data compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
• Occasionally travel to the United States for training and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations or Training Coordination.
• Proven experience delivering corporate training and supporting international stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent command of English.

• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini
• Learning Management System administration
• Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
