Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will lead the full‑cycle recruitment process, support employee development, and act as the primary HR point of contact for staff at A&G | Powering Construction. This role combines strategic employer branding with day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a high‑performing workforce across our technical and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Coordinate and support training and development programmes to boost employee skills and performance.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Oversee the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency and smooth execution across teams.
• Serve as the main HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR‑related matters.
• Support general HR operations and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a technical or construction environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Literature, Psychology or related field; Master’s in HR is a strong advantage.
• HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured, organized approach.
