HR Operations Senior Manager

About the role

As an HR Operations Senior Manager, you will act as the critical link between HR and Operations, overseeing the daily functions of the HR department within the resort and ensuring the smooth execution of all HR operational processes. The role is a key strategic position within the HR department, delivering an outstanding employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve HR operational policies and align them with the Group’s HR strategy.
• Lead the HR Operations team and supervise employee accommodation and services within the resort.
• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring timelines in collaboration with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Ensure high‑quality pre‑boarding, onboarding, hiring, and off‑boarding experiences for seasonal employees.
• Implement employee retention strategies to boost engagement and repeater rates.
• Manage employee recognition programs, satisfaction assessments, and turnover analysis.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures, union collaboration, and compliance with Greek labour law.
• Handle payroll reconciliation, permits, sick leaves, absenteeism, and appraisal processes.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to support business goals.
• Manage the HR operational budget and produce detailed reports with KPI analysis for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar HR Operations role, preferably in hospitality or large‑scale organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour law and HR operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRM platforms such as Pylon or ERGANI.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate HR KPIs into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
• Hands‑on, employee‑centric management style.
