Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience across the recruitment lifecycle. Working within the People & Culture team, you will coordinate advertising, interview scheduling and recruitment administration while keeping our ATS up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for recruitment queries from employees and external candidates.
• Create and maintain job adverts on the careers site, LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
• Organise candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring accurate and current information.
• Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones and manage interview feedback administration.
• Review and update job descriptions to align with global standards.
• Coordinate with People & Culture to draft, approve and send offer letters and contracts.
• Support recruitment agencies and external partners, keeping vendor records current.
• Assist with recruitment reporting, analytics and candidate‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Highly organised, resilient and detail‑oriented with strong workload‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and timely stakeholder interaction.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR technologies is desirable.
