Strategic People Partner

About the role

As a Strategic People Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Greece, supporting the full employee lifecycle and reporting to the Head of HR for Greece. The role blends strategic depth with operational execution and involves close collaboration with global People teams and Centres of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnering: partner with local and international leaders on organisational design, talent planning and team effectiveness, using data‑driven insights to support growth and workforce planning.
• Talent, Culture & Development: champion Super’s culture and values, drive succession planning, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and partner with leaders to create development plans.
• Change Management & Cross‑Regional Collaboration: lead organisational design and change initiatives during transformations or market expansions, acting as bridge between local operations and the international People team while ensuring compliance with Greek labour law.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast‑paced, scaling or international organisation.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic people decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Greek employment law and local HR compliance.
• Excellent coaching, communication and relationship‑building skills across seniority levels.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach, able to move from big‑picture thinking to day‑to‑day execution.
• Strong analytical abilities to generate insights from HR data.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, international environments.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
