National Key Account Manager – Greece & Cyprus

About the role

Estia Home Art is seeking a commercially driven National Key Account Manager to develop and grow its strategic retail accounts across Greece and Cyprus. Based in Athens, the role reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with sales support and visual merchandising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales growth, profitability, distribution and category development for major organised retail channels, monitoring sell‑in, sell‑out, stock levels and forecasts.
• Develop tailored account plans aligned with Estia’s product and channel strategy.
• Prepare and present customer proposals covering product mix, pricing, promotions, launches and exclusive concepts.
• Build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, negotiate annual agreements, commercial terms and promotional plans.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics and Finance to ensure consistent brand presence across physical and digital points of sale.
• Identify and develop new strategic accounts and emerging retail opportunities in both markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably in small domestic appliances, consumer goods, home or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record managing large organised retail accounts and complex commercial agreements (rebates, promotional funding, listings).
• Strong commercial understanding of assortment, pricing, margins and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• High ownership, cross‑functional coordination skills and results‑orientation.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
