Marketing Manager

About the role

Re18Healthcare is a longevity tech platform that builds personalized health journeys and tracks them end‑to‑end. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will drive user acquisition, shape a consistent brand presence, and manage day‑to‑day social media and community activities across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire users while maintaining the target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns across organic, paid, content, PPC and social channels.
• Measure, report and analyse campaign performance, adjusting tactics to improve conversion.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand presence on the website and social platforms.
• Create, schedule and manage posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages and brand mentions.
• Support influencer outreach and brand collaborations in the Greek market.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in social media and campaign management.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent written communication skills.
