Account Director - Performance Marketing & Growth

About the role

Push is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead performance‑marketing and growth initiatives for its Athens portfolio. This senior, client‑facing position sits at the intersection of paid media, SEO/GEO, social media and commercial strategy, shaping the direction of key accounts while strengthening senior stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for a selected portfolio of clients, leading quarterly business reviews and translating campaign data into commercial recommendations.
• Provide strategic direction and constructive challenge to paid‑media teams across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance channels.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, collaborating with the Commercial team on RFPs, pitches and proposals.
• Collaborate with SEO/GEO and Social Media specialists to ensure integrated digital strategies.
• Champion AI‑driven research, analysis and workflow experimentation across teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years in digital marketing within an agency, with at least 5 years focused on paid media performance marketing.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior client‑facing or account‑leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to grow client portfolios and drive revenue.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
