Account Director - Performance Marketing & Growth

About the role

Push is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead performance‑marketing strategy and commercial growth for its key clients in Athens. The role sits at the intersection of paid‑media, SEO/GEO and social media, guiding senior client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, leading quarterly business reviews and translating data into commercial recommendations.
• Provide strategic direction to Paid Media teams, reviewing channel strategy, budgets, KPIs and testing plans across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, collaborate with the Commercial team on RFPs, pitches and proposals.
• Work with SEO/GEO and Social Media specialists to ensure integrated digital strategies that combine paid and organic search.
• Champion AI‑driven research, analysis and workflow improvements across the agency.

Required profile

• 7+ years in digital marketing agency environment, with at least 5 years focused on Paid Media/Performance Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior client‑facing, strategic or account‑leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to grow client portfolios and negotiate contracts.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
