Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic young professional to join our team as a Marketing Assistant, supporting the marketing and sales teams in day‑to‑day activities and ad‑hoc projects. The role involves coordinating events, product launches and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination and follow‑up of marketing projects such as roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Coordinate new product launch activities, ensuring readiness of materials, communication and reporting.
• Maintain close collaboration with the sales team to capture market needs, customer feedback and competitive insights.
• Conduct market research and trade competition analysis.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Create product catalogues, leaflets and trade marketing materials, and update website and internal portals.

Required profile

• Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong interest in trade marketing and comfortable working with data.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Advanced computer literacy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
