Marketing & Performance Manager (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Trekking Hellas seeks a hands‑on Marketing & Performance Manager to cover an 18‑month maternity leave. You will own performance‑marketing results and drive the transition to new digital infrastructure, including website and CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated marketing plan in collaboration with department heads.
• Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other channels.
• Manage the marketing budget, aligning spend with business priorities.
• Lead the migration to new website and CRM systems, coordinating with external developers.
• Oversee website content, SEO improvements and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop email‑marketing and automation flows.
• Create promotional materials for campaigns, expos and trade shows.
• Build relationships with media partners, sponsors and other external collaborators.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing with proven budget management.
• Hands‑on experience with website platforms and CRM systems; migration experience is a plus.
• Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Excellent project‑management and decision‑making abilities.
