Marketing Manager

About the role

ICAP Executive Search & Selection is recruiting a Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading automotive organization. The role is highly hands‑on, focusing on integrated marketing communications, digital campaigns, content creation, CRM, and social media to strengthen brand presence and deliver engaging customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and coordinate marketing assets such as brochures, videos, presentations, POS materials, and digital advertising.
• Produce engaging website, social media, newsletter, and campaign content in both Greek and English.
• Manage website updates, social media activity, product launches, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee CRM and email marketing programs to support customer engagement, retention, and lead nurturing.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare post‑campaign reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital or content marketing.
• Strong copywriting abilities in Greek and English.
• Proven experience working with creative, media, digital or production agencies.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder communication and attention to detail.
