About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Projects Secretary to join our dynamic team at the Athens headquarters. You will provide high‑level administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support to one or more lawyers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Prepare, format, and file legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update digital and physical case‑management systems.
• Manage phone communications: answer calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries.
• Keep contact databases current and organized.
• Support meeting deadlines by managing multiple calendars and sending timely reminders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Secretary; legal secretarial experience is a strong asset.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Confidence working with diverse teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• Familiarity with litigation management software (a plus).
