Associate Lawyer - Property Law

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Lawyer to join the Real Estate Department of Sioufas & Associates. The successful candidate will focus on drafting consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and representing clients in related court hearings, contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives in property law.

Key responsibilities

• Review case files for completeness and verify the accuracy of documents related to consensual mortgage prenotations.
• Appear in court for prenotations of mortgage applications and deletions.
• Communicate with notaries, banks, and clients to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of searches, submissions, court dates, and completed procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); an LL.M. is a plus.
• Licensed Attorney‑at‑Law in Greece.
• Experience in Property Law, including title research at Land Registries and Cadastral Offices, handling real‑estate sale and purchase cases, and resolving Cadastre‑related issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
