Associate Lawyer – R&D Department

About the role

Sioufas & Associates is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Research & Development Department. The role combines legal expertise with innovative research, supporting the firm’s strategic growth and the creation of legal content for clients and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth legal research across civil, commercial, banking, administrative, tax, and labor law using databases and other sources.
• Collect and study legal material, attend seminars, and support the drafting of legal articles.
• Select topics, oversee editorial review, and publish articles on the company website and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure timely resolution of matters and keep clients informed of regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.); an LL.M. or MBA is a strong plus.
• Attorney‑at‑Law license in Greece.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a law firm or large organization.
• Publications in academic journals are advantageous.
• Strong legal writing, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM systems
