Ecommerce Manager – Amazon & Shopify

About the role

Olyra is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to support its two core digital sales channels – Amazon Marketplace and DTC (Shopify). This execution‑focused role offers hands‑on experience across both channels while reporting to the Director of Ecommerce.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of the Amazon Seller Central account, including listings, order issues, and account health monitoring.
• Assist with execution and monitoring of Amazon PPC campaigns using tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, and Scale Insights.
• Help optimize product listings, maintain A+ Content and the Amazon Brand Store.
• Support inventory forecasting and shipment coordination to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track and compile Amazon performance metrics (sales, ad spend, ROI) into regular reports.
• Support execution of paid social (Meta), Google, and email marketing campaigns for Shopify.
• Monitor Shopify and GA4 analytics to track traffic, conversion, and site performance.
• Maintain site merchandising by updating product pages and promotions in line with the marketing calendar.
• Manage performance of PPC campaigns on other digital marketplaces such as Instacart, Walmart.com, and others.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage tasks across two channels simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, with an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with a U.S.-based team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
