Digital Marketing Account Manager (French)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who is fluent in French to join Concentrix’s Athens team. In this position you will support advertisers and agencies on a global search and digital advertising platform, helping them achieve their business objectives through strategic campaign planning and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with direct advertisers and agency partners.
• Advise clients on advertising strategies across search, video, display and professional networking sites.
• Set up, manage and optimise digital campaigns, monitor performance and deliver results.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide actionable insights and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new advertising solutions.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and strong command of English.
• At least 1 year of account‑management experience with a proven record of client engagement and revenue growth.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising, including campaign strategy and performance analysis.
• Experience working with advertising agencies is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
