CRM & Digital Specialist

About the role

The CRM & Digital Specialist will shape the customer experience across BMW Group’s digital touchpoints. You will combine data‑driven insights with marketing best practices to optimise the journey from awareness to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to align sales targets, brand values and marketing actions.
• Act as the central liaison between market agencies and the Digital Hub for website management.
• Design, implement and optimise 1:1 campaigns while monitoring CIM processes and key marketing KPIs.
• Lead digital commerce projects, including Digital Vehicle Sales, the myBMW app, online stock locator, digital checkout and vehicle booking services.
• Support dealers in handling customer complaints, surveys and bonus‑related targets to boost satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, CRM or CIM.
• Experience in the automotive or luxury‑goods sector is a plus.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and a passion for improving the customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Greek.
