Account Manager – Digital Communication

About the role

Mozaik is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead digital communication projects for its clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring social media, video, and digital campaigns are strategically aligned, on‑brand, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and providing strategic guidance.
• Gather client objectives, priorities, and expectations to shape communication plans.
• Present social media strategies, content concepts, and campaign ideas to clients.
• Pitch fresh, trend‑driven ideas that match audience behavior and brand goals.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day management of social media channels, digital campaigns, and related projects.
• Identify and resolve client issues proactively, spotting opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to account management.
• Ability to understand brands, audiences, and market trends.
• Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
