Senior Digital & Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital & Retail Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital and cooperative (COOP) marketing campaigns for a multinational consumer electronics and appliances client. The role requires independent management of budgets, performance analysis and close collaboration with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end digital and COOP campaign planning, execution, optimisation and evaluation.
• Develop annual and campaign‑level budget allocation across digital channels and retail partners.
• Manage COOP campaigns with key retailers and assess retailer marketing proposals.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and provide recommendations to maximise sell‑out and ROI.
• Plan and execute campaigns on Meta, Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and influencer channels.
• Support e‑commerce and retail media initiatives to ensure product visibility and growth.
• Manage and optimise Skroutz activities, including Sponsored Products, content, pricing and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in Small Domestic Appliances or Consumer Electronics.
• Proven experience managing both digital marketing and COOP budgets.
• Existing relationships with retailer marketing/e‑commerce teams and media agencies are a plus.
