Digital Account Manager – On‑site, Full‑time

About the role

NEMO Digital Business Agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its growing team in Marousi, Greece. You will act as a trusted strategic partner for key client accounts, translating business objectives into clear digital strategies and ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand needs, manage expectations and maintain long‑term satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities such as cross‑sell, upsell and service expansion.
• Design and implement digital strategies aligned with client business goals and explain performance metrics.
• Oversee client digital touchpoints including websites, apps and lead‑generation forms.
• Coordinate internal creative, performance, content and tech teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage client budgets, aligning spend with campaign objectives and priorities.
• Serve as the main liaison with external stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and present innovative social and digital media strategies.
• Plan communications across social media, branded content and digital media.
• Supervise digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
