About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will serve our Italian‑speaking customers from our Athens office. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain calm and clear communication with customers, even when they are frustrated.
- Identify situations that require escalation and act accordingly.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Required profile
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple cases simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing role.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Reasonably tech‑comfortable and eager to learn internal systems.
