Creative Marketing Manager

About the role

House of Shila, a cultural hospitality platform in Athens, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Director to drive commercial growth across hotels, memberships, events, retail and collaborations. The role sits on the leadership team and works closely with the CEO, Brand, Design and Editorial Directors to turn ideas into measurable business results. You will shape how audiences discover, engage with and become part of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual marketing roadmap, campaign calendar, budget and forecasting for the entire ecosystem.
• Lead integrated campaigns across hotels, memberships, events, retail, e‑commerce and cultural programming, driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Set growth targets, KPIs and weekly performance reporting, using analytics to optimise results.
• Manage CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation and paid media to grow memberships and retail revenue.
• Collaborate with Brand, Editorial, Design, Sales and Operations teams and build scalable marketing processes and AI‑supported tools.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years in senior marketing, brand, growth or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven record of delivering measurable business growth in hospitality, luxury, fashion or cultural sectors.
• Experience leading integrated paid, owned and earned media campaigns and managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to guide decisions.
• Ability to lead high‑performing, multidisciplinary marketing teams.
