About the role

Premiumfocus Nautilus, an established maritime company, is seeking a motivated, results‑driven professional with shipping experience to join its Commercial Team. Reporting to the Chief Growth & Commercial Officer, the role will help expand the client portfolio across Greek and international shipping markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop day‑to‑day contact with an assigned portfolio of existing and prospective shipping clients.
• Approach new shipping companies and establish contact with the relevant decision‑makers.
• Participate actively in client meetings and maintain consistent follow‑up afterwards.
• Build new professional relationships and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Research shipping companies, fleets and relevant contacts in Greece and international markets.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities within assigned market priorities.
• Maintain and develop the commercial database, ensuring that company and contact information remains accurate and up to date.
• Record client activity, meetings, follow‑ups and business opportunities accurately in the company’s commercial platform.
• Keep track of assigned opportunities and ensure that required follow‑up actions are completed.
• Re‑establish contact with inactive clients and support the development of relationships where business activity has decreased.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify changes in their requirements.
• Share relevant market information, client feedback and competitor observations with the Commercial Team.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of commercial activity and results.
• Work towards agreed individual and team commercial targets.
