Bilingual Turkish/English Customer Care Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Turkish/English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class support through voice, chat and email. The role focuses on technical assistance, problem‑solving and delivering a respectful experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical‑based customer assistance via voice, chat and email.
• Handle challenges typical of a customer‑focused environment and act as a key participant in team initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, share feedback and support department‑wide solutions.
• Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including on social media platforms.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Turkish (C2/Native) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT setting.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Willingness to undergo background screening.
