About the role

Provide world‑class service to customers in both Croatian and English across voice, chat and email channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and respect on every interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver technical‑based customer assistance via voice, chat and email.
  • Participate in department initiatives, share feedback and support colleagues to drive team development.
  • Problem‑solve and think critically to achieve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bilingual in Croatian (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
  • Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable to process changes.
  • Willingness to undergo background screening.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of PC‑based internet and software applications.
  • Familiarity with external systems used for customer support.
