Accountant

About the role

Re18Healthcare is a longevity tech platform that builds personalized health journeys and manages them end‑to‑end. We are looking for a sharp, motivated Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team and support day‑to‑day financial operations within Greece’s regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage the full accounts payable cycle, including reconciliations.
• Issue customer invoices, track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Post daily journal entries and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty‑cash transactions.
• Support payroll processing and social security contributions (EFKA).
• Maintain organised physical and digital filing of accounting documents.
• Participate in monthly and year‑end closing procedures.

Required profile

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Solid grounding in Greek GAAP (ΕΛΠ / Ν.4308/2014) and Greek tax legislation.
• Familiarity with myDATA and TAXIS platforms for e‑book entries and tax filings.
• Experience with accounting ERP software (Epsilon Net, Entersoft or equivalent).
• Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Strong command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
