System Administrator

About the role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl you will manage and support enterprise‑grade IT environments for a diverse portfolio of global clients. You will troubleshoot complex issues, ensure security compliance and contribute to modernization initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and optimise client systems and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, prioritising tickets to meet service level agreements.
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with client policies.
• Collaborate with technicians and cross‑functional teams to deliver modernization recommendations.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration within enterprise environments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a growth‑oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work inclusively with diverse teams.
