Full Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid – Crete/Athens)

About the role

K. Badouvas Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop and continuously improve modern business applications and digital solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Angular, C#.NET Core and MSSQL, and the ability to work across front‑end and back‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
• Create and maintain server‑side services, business logic and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core.
• Develop and optimise MSSQL databases, including schema design, queries, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Integrate internal applications with third‑party platforms via REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, improve performance and ensure security, scalability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing and continuous improvement of development practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack software development experience.
• Proven experience with Angular.NET Core and C#.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive web development.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Solid expertise in MSSQL database design and query optimisation.
• Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs and third‑party system integrations.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, TFS or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and well‑documented code.
