IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist (mid-level) to provide advanced technical support across our Microsoft-based environment. The role bridges first-line support and systems engineering, handling escalated tickets, maintaining core infrastructure and contributing to projects on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network and account issues, managing tickets end-to-end via the ITSM platform and meeting SLA targets.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
• Assist with Azure infrastructure tasks including virtual machines, storage, backup and basic networking.
• Write and maintain PowerShell automation scripts and support core network components in coordination with the networking team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support or junior systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure fundamentals.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools.
