Senior Information Technology Specialist

About the role

PROFIT is a technology‑focused company delivering solutions from Microsoft, Fortinet, Acronis, Dell and other major vendors. We help businesses leverage modern IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity and networking technologies. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Configure and support networking and security solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable daily operation.
• Provide technical support to customers and end users, both remote and on‑site.
• Participate in IT project planning, implementation, migrations, and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in IT systems/network administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Windows Desktop.
• Good understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall); Fortinet experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
