Total Rewards Intelligence Lead – Southeast Europe

About the role

Korn Ferry is looking for a Total Rewards Intelligence Lead to shape compensation and rewards insights across Southeast Europe. You will combine analytics, client collaboration, and consulting expertise to deliver market intelligence and reward solutions that support business decisions for leading organizations in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution and project management of regional reward research and salary survey activities.
• Plan, track and coordinate survey timelines, milestones and dependencies across multiple markets.
• Ensure high‑quality survey data through validation, analysis and collaboration with participating organizations.
• Interpret reward data, identify trends, anomalies and risks, and translate findings into actionable client insights.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client reward‑related questions and data discussions.
• Explain methodology, benchmarking logic, job‑grading principles and reward implications to client stakeholders.
• Support internal teams in delivering consistent, data‑driven reward recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Total Rewards, compensation analytics, salary surveys or related consulting work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to manage multiple projects across different countries.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills for Southeast Europe are a plus.
