Yacht Sales Specialist

About the role

Istion Yachting is seeking a Yacht Sales Specialist to drive yacht sales across its portfolio of new and pre‑owned vessels. The role combines client relationship management, market expertise, and end‑to‑end transaction support to match buyers with the perfect yacht.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with yacht owners, buyers, and charter clients.
• Identify client needs and present suitable new or pre‑owned yachts.
• Conduct yacht showings, sea trials, and represent the company at boat shows and industry events.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and close sales in line with company policies and maritime regulations.
• Source and secure listings for pre‑owned yachts, creating accurate specifications, photos, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on sales campaigns and online promotions.
• Maintain CRM databases, coordinate surveys, financing, registration, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in yacht sales, luxury sales, or marine brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of yacht types, manufacturers, and marine terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with a willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with yacht brokerage software such as YachtCloser.
• Experience using BoatWizard CRM.
• Familiarity with SOFT ONE CRM (a plus).
