Yacht Charter Broker – Bareboat Chartering

About the role
Istion Yachting is seeking an enthusiastic Yacht Charter Broker to join its Bareboat Chartering team at the headquarters in Alimos, Athens. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and base staff, driving charter sales across both B2B and B2C markets.
Key responsibilities
- Daily communication with clients, agents and internal staff via phone and email.
- Generate charter sales in B2B and B2C sectors.
- Prepare post‑booking documentation and oversee charter preparation.
- Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding amounts, and handle claims.
- Maintain accurate fleet data and keep booking systems up to date.
- Support marketing projects, exhibitions and yacht shows.
- Provide on‑site customer service at the charter base.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under strict timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
